GOOD NEWS! D-TOX is back in the studio working on album number 2. After the success of D-TOX's re-hab album, life has been throwing a lot of shit... its time to throw some back. Watch out for the next album, due for release Winter 2011.

D-TOX is to appear in the official PFA in-house magazine, the players club. It's a magazine that finds it's way to all club football stars coffee tables. The Mag will feature a review of D-TOX's debut album "Re-hab" by Aston villas -Marlon Harewood on the urban music page. Then, the following months edition will also feature an extensive indepth D-TOX interview. The magazine isunfortunatly not onsale to the public (as its a members only publication) however, check back at detoxhiphop.com were you will be able to read the review and interview in its full entirety. 

 D-TOX supports UK hiphop artist SWAY at the famous Clapham INFERNO's venue in London. The show was a huge success with the crowds well over reaching the maximum capacity. After his 30 minute set D-TOX spent the remainder of the night signing autographs for his new fans before managing to slip away for a quick beer with SWAY and his 10+ entourage.

D-TOX has written and recorded an opening track for the forthcoming Channel 4 (and... SKY channel BRAVO) documentary,"LOOKS LIKE A MODEL,HITS LIKE BRUCE LEE" featuring stunningly beautiful 13 times world martial arts champion ZARA PHYTHIAN..... D-TOX also actually features in the documentary itself. (The Doc is set to hit tv screens very soon so we'll keep you updated) So, you'll be able to see D-TOX and ZARA's on screen chemistry as they meet for the first time to plan out the new music video for the album track "DO THAT". (which features an exclusive choreographed ZARA PHYTHIAN martial arts fight scene.)

Here at detoxhiphop.com were proud to announce that the UK Summer scars movie (directed by Julian Richards) has just won 2 BAFTA's. The critically acclaimed film that features 3 of D-TOX's joints on the soundtrack has been scooping big interest and attention at the recent international film market. The film was also nominated best new feature at the RAINDANCE festival.
